Benalla Coronial Inquest
The Ongoing Saga of Total Resistance to Using Radar Properly to Save Lives
The Henderson family, who lost their loved ones in the Benalla crash, called me to give evidence at the Coronial Inquest. You will see in the attachment above, "Dick Smith's Statement to the Coroner", which was prepared at the Henderson's expense by their Barrister so that I could appear.
Amazingly enough, after the Barrister representing the Coroner (and who in the past has represented the ATSB) leapt up and said that I should not be heard, the Coroner made the ruling which is shown below.
Once again, the whole issue of using the radar correctly is covered up, thereby allowing those who should be showing leadership to continue to avoid accountability.
